Watch the bids
Recruiters will start bidding on the job, either for a fixed fee or a percentage of the annual salary. It’s up to you to choose the one you want to work with.

Pick your own Recruitment team
You are in total control. Review the bids, choose, accept and assign up to five recruiters to help fill your roles.

Now, chat freely to each recruiter at a separate workspace provided by us. Work together to find the right employee.

Hire your perfect candidate
Press the hire button and download one of our offer letters. Our accounts team will reach out to you to confirm the details including start date and agreed salary. The winning recruiter gets the same confirmation e-mail.

Payment & guarantee
On your new member’s first day at work, our accounts team will invoice you directly and guarantee all candidates by holding the funds in escrow with a 100 percent refund policy in the first 2 months and a 50 percent refund policy for the 3rd month.
